Program Description
EASE of CA (Environmental Assessment Services & Education of California), an authorized contractor for the SCE & SoCalGas Energy Savings Assistance Program, sends text messages to program participants who have opted in. Messages include application follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival notices, and service follow-up.
How You Opt In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our program enrollment form, by giving verbal consent to an EASE of CA representative, or by texting START to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in the program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your application and appointment activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
